Complete Rest ... body is thrashed from the last couple days.

Meals for the Day: 

0700 - Whey Protein, Fish Oil, Greek Yogurt, 1 Banana

1000 - 3 Eggs, 3 Bacon, Pomegranate Seeds, Fish Oil

1200 - Chicken Chili, 2 Servings Baby Food

1600 - Chicken Sausage, 1/4 Cup Cashews

1900 - Chicken Cobb Salad, Small Cup Chicken + Tortilla Soup
