Easy Aerobic Run
-38:45 ... went out 20 and came back a little bit faster on the back end ... great run in Destin, FL along the beachfront. There was a nice path along the waterfront ... great weather, about 65 with a slight breeze ... humid, but this run felt amazing. It has been a cold and long winter and it was awesome to get out the door and enjoy the weather. Great way to star the day.
