4/10/22

Just got in the track workout today... its been a rough week and I decided to cut out the squatting/deadlifts today. 

A.
6 Sets of:
Sprint 50 Meter
Run 300 Meter for 00:01:12
Rest for 00:03:00

-Complete ... ran each of these 300s in 1:06-1:08 ... not my favorite workout ... the changing of pace from the ME 50m sprint to the 300 is weird ... but got this in, felt good, fun day at the track.
