8/12/20

Today was the worst strength training session I've had in years ... just felt like complete ass throughout this. Kept the loads light and got through this. I am completely mentally/physically exhausted from this last diet/training block... I can't wait for this shit to be over with and move on to something new. 

A.
Shoulder Press x 50 reps (Light 14-16 RM)
Rest :45 seconds between each set

-95# ... went 15/10/8/7/5/5

B.
Supinated Grip Pull-up x 50 reps (Light 14-16 RM) + 2 x Push-ups after each set
Rest :45 seconds between each set 

-Unweighted ... 15/8/7/5/5/5/5 

C.
Front Rack Reverse Lunge x 50 reps (Light 14-16 RM)
Rest :45 seconds between each set

-95# ... 20/15/15 ... legs still sore from Monday's squatting ... kept these extremely light

D.
Landmine Twist x 50 reps (Light 14-16 RM)
Rest :45 seconds between each set

-80# ... went 15/15/10/10
