10/5/23

Still not feeling great from the marathon / tons of life stress this week... but I figured at least moving around a bit and a small sweat would do me some good... didn't feel good while doing this, I was really unfocused and distracted with grad school stress.

Bench Press (165#)
Strict Pull-ups

-10:55 ... despite feeling like shit I did this in ~18:45 the week after my previous marathon in 2019 ... so at least I can say despite running a bit slower, I definitely have more upper body muscular endurance. 

Rest about 10 minutes then...

Min 1 - :30 Wall-Sit
Min 2 - :30 Assault Bike (easy to moderate)
Min 3 - 10 Hollow-rocks, 10 V-ups, 10 Tuck-ups
Min 4 - 10 Hammer Curl to Press (2x25# DB)
