This morning was a lower volume day, got out and hit the track before work. It was really fun to run as the sun rose. Great way to start the day.

Run 1000m - moderate pace

Run 400m - hard pace
Rest 3:00

Run 700m - moderate pace
Rest 3:00

Run 300m - hard pace
Rest 3:00

Run 600m - moderate pace
Rest 3:00

Run 200m - hard pace

-Result =

-Didn't time the 'moderate' efforts, but the 400 was :71, 300 was :51, 200 was :29. This was a fun/easier track workout, it was fun and not too taxing.
