4/5/19

Haven't been getting in any crossfit since injury... its been about 6 weeks... felt out squatting and deadlifting a bit last week... wanted to test out some higher intensity movement. Overall everything went fine today... didn't push anything too hard, but it was fun to move fast again.

-95# x 3, 145# x 3, 165# x 2, 185# x 2, 195# x 1, 205# x1 ... kept this very light, 205# is up to 80%

EMOM 24 (8 sets) of:
Min 1 - 6 Overhead Squats (115#) + 6 Bar-Facing Burpees
Min 2 - 10 Toes-to-Bar
Min 3 - 50 Double-Unders

-Complete, all sets unbroken ... this was very comfortable, cruised through this very consistently. Not too taxing, I was just happy to move without pain.
