I was planning on get these intervals in yesterday, but just didn't happen. 

Long Running Intervals 

 

4 x 800m with 2:30 rest 


-3:04

-3:05 

-3:13 

-3:14 ... overall faster than the last couple weeks ... perhaps my aerobic fitness is improving ... or this could entirely be a result of not cramming these intervals in after a 90 minutes lifting/cardio session as I have been.
