Wrapping up this week with some aerobic intervals... overall lungs feel good.

AB 90sec @ 85% Aerobic pace;                                         
Rest walk 60 seconds 
Row 90sec @ 85% Aerobic pace; 
Rest walk 60 seconds 

-Complete ... overall didn't really push this to a true 85% effort... but got it in and got a good sweat.
