Today was supposed to be a rest day, but went and did this partner workout with my wife and family ... overall a much easier workout than I typically do, it was nice to move and sweat ... not too challenging as there was lots of built in rest during the partner's 200m and the reps were overall low.

AMRAP 20, with a partner:
400m Run (200m each partner)
12 Dual DB Power Cleans (50/35#)
6 Burpee Pull-up + Bar Muscle-up
-Complete ... don't remember the rounds, just moved through this at a consistent pace.
