Worked out at a different gym than usual today ... did the snatch work from my regular gym's programming (A-C) and then added in the HSW skill work (D). Overall got some nice movement a little sweat out of this, not too taxing, but I'm a bit beat up from yesterday and extremely interrupted sleep from our baby and toddler throughout last night ... overall happy to get this in and I'm looking forward to training tomorrow.

-Complete ... got all of these in 2x25' unbroken segments except the 5th set ... lost my balance there near the end of the set ... overall this was great skill work, fun to get in and move.
