3/12/19

This morning was a light rehab/cardio. Back felt good on all these movements, it was fun to move pain free. Running felt surprisingly great... all the aerobic stuff leading up into the Open has put me in a good position to begin a running program soon.

A.
Bottom of a Squat Stretch, holding onto a squat rack (maintaining proper pelvic position) 
3 Sets (9 minutes): 
2:00 on 
1:00 off

B.
3 Sets:
Belt Squats x 10 
Couch Stretch 2:00 Right Leg
Couch Stretch 2:00 Left Leg

-Complete with 35# KB 


3 Sets:
Unweighted Bulgarian Split Squats 3 x 20 (10 each leg)
Frog Stretch x 2 minutes

-Complete

D.
4 Rounds, at a consistent 80% effort:
800m Run
:45 Right Side Plank
:45 Left Side Plank

-Complete in about 20 minutes ... no pain, was very nice to move.
