First day back in the gym since Friday ... just felt things out and didn't push anything too much. Back is improving, but not to the point of touching a barbell.

A.
Every 2 for 30 (15 sets) of:
:45 Moderate/Hard Assault Bike (75-80 RPM)
1:15 easy bike, legs only

Death by Strict Pull-ups

-Round of 10 + 5 pull-ups ... I think this is a PR? Not sure, went to complete failure on that set of 11.

C.
3 Sets of:
DB Curl x 10 reps (2 x 40# DB)
GHD Plank Hold x :60
Half-Kneeling 'Around-the-Worlds' (25# Plate)
Rest as needed
