This morning was a solid lifting session ... I was really looking forward to today after taking yesterday off. Felt solid throughout and particularly strong on the bench press. Good day in the gym, looking forward to hitting it hard on Monday.

A. 
Snatch
1 set x 3 reps
Work up to daily max.

-Triples went: 95#, 115#, 135#, 155#, 175#, 185#, 195#, 205# ... 205# for a triple isn't great for me, but this the most I've done in a while. Looking forward to getting back to touching 225# 

B.
Back Squat
3 sets x 4 reps @ 80% (330#)
80% of your one rep max back squat.

-Complete, got all reps easily

C.
Bench Press
1 set x 10 reps
Work up to a 10 rep max.

-Went 135# x 10, 165# x 5, 185# x 5 and then hit 200# for a set of 10 ... this was good, didn't need a spot, felt strong 


D.
Bench Press
3 sets x 15 reps
Lighter working sets. Lower the weight to a number that will have you reaching near failure at 15 reps.

-165# x 15, 14, 12 ... went complete failure here on the last set ... overall happy with though

E.
Dumbbell Bent-Over Side Raises
2 sets x 10-15 reps
Aim to reach failure within the given rep range.

-Complete 2 x 10# DB for 2 x 15

F.
Bird Dogs
2 sets x 12 reps
12 reps per side.

-Complete

G.
Barbell Curls
2 sets x 6-12 reps
If 6 reps is too easy, do up to 12 reps.

-Complete, 75# for 2 x 12 

H.
Barbell Shrugs
2 sets x 8-15 reps
If 8 reps is too easy, do up to 15 reps.

-Complete, 255# for 2 x 15# ... haven't done these in years... I don't know how many. But got them in.
