This morning was a decent training session... nothing maximal, but lots of tough training reps. Coming off a long work trip... got in late last night and got in the gym this morning. Body was feeling pretty tight and I was generally tired, but got in the training and felt decent once I was warmed up.

A.
Snatch
3 sets x 2 reps @ 80-85% (205-215#)
80-85% of your one rep max snatch.

B.
Clean and Jerk
2 sets x (1+1) x3 reps @ 80-85% (250-265#)
(1 clean +1 jerk) x 3 reps. 80-85% of your one rep max clean and jerk.

C.
Back Squat
3 sets x 4 reps (360# last week)
Add either 0, 5 or 10 pounds to what you did the last time you used this set/rep scheme (depending on how it felt in the previous week and how you feel today).

Landmine Oblique Twists

10 reps per side. Quality reps.
Tempo Goblet Squats @ 2120 w/ 50# DB
3 sets x 8-12 reps 
Toes to Rings
