4 Mile Easy Run
-Complete ... ran a flat course from my new rental house in Kailua... we moved in yesterday and there is a trail called the Kawainui Marsh Trail .7 miles from my front door. Ran over there for an out and back 4 miles total ... very enjoyable and great way to start my day, happy to have gotten this in.
