6/7/15

Today was basically an active recovery day. Was going to do some aerobic running, but the weather turned to ass so I got a little cardio in inside. 

Every 2 minutes for 20 Minutes (10 sets) of: 
20 Burpees 

-Fastest: :47
-Slowest: 1:03 

-Got my HR going, built up a sweat before breakfast.
