Got in the gym and did some cardio stuff today ... was good to get moving again. 

For time, with a partner, one partner working at at time: 

'Karen'
150 Wall-balls 
 
Then...

'Grace' 
30 Clean and Jerks (135#/95#)  

Then... 

'Helen' 
3 RFT:
400m Run
21 KBS (53/35#) 
12 Pull-ups

Then...

10 Rounds of Cindy 
(5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats)

Then... 

30 Muscle-ups 

-I think our time was around 23-ish minutes? Don't remember.
