Active Recovery.

60 minutes hot yoga.

Meals for the Day: 

0530 - (pre-yoga) - BCAAs

0800 (post-yoga) - 3 Eggs, Chorizo, Ground Beef, 1 Clementine, 1 Apple

1045 - Turkey Chili (600 cal, 18g F, 60g C, 38g P)

1200 - 3 Chicken Sausages, 1 Greek Yogurt, 1 TBSP Honey, Pomegranate Seeds

1400 - 2 Chicken Sausages, Jicima

1600 - Turkey Chili (600 cal, 18g F, 60g C, 38g P), Pineapple
