Complete Rest.

Hamstrings tight ... knees a little achy ... not too ripped up though. 

Meals for the Day: 

0700 - 1.5 Cups Black Coffee 

0830 (cheat-meal) - Chorizo Hash, Potatoes, Jalapeños, Scone, Banana Pancakes 

1330 - Egg White Protein, 1 Clementine, Fish Oil

1500 - Buffalo Jerky, Kale Chips, 1 Cup Kefir, Fish Oil

1700 (cheat meal) - Pizza (not paleo pizza), 10 oz Coconut Water

1930 - 1 Paleo Apple Muffin
