10/10/18

Today was a super easy workout... last session before some 1 RM tests coming up later in the week. In San Diego, dropped into a local gym, happy to be able to get in what I needed to on the fly.

Back Squat
2 sets x 3 reps @ 75% (325#)
75% of your one rep max back squat.

EMOM 20 (5 sets) of:
Min 1 - 20 Box Jump Overs (24/20")
Min 2 - 18 Cal Row
Min 3 - 16 Cal Bike
Min 4 - Rest

-Complete ... didn't really push the pace here, kept this a continuous aerobic effort, wasn't too taxing, but was good to get a sweat.
