Today was a training day per our program... but was more of an active recovery day. Last few days of training have been heavy on the percentages... happy to have a chill day like this in the gym.

70% of your one rep max snatch. This is a drill to help your snatch. Pay special attention to make sure you do not bump the bar out on extension, keep the bar close and focus on bar path.

Lateral Raises (2 x 20# DB)
