Today was a rough session. I've been extremely stressed and exhausted in my personal/work life... have had to pull ridiculous travel and hours and it is catching up with me. Further I have to work the next 3 weekends in a row, so that is taking a big mental toll on my happiness. Tried to push through and train, but it was a huge struggle. I missed one lift (the jerk at 97%)... clean went up easy, but I just fucked it up and it didn't get it for whatever reason. I was really bummed about that. Otherwise, session was worthwhile.

A.
Snatch
1 set x 1 rep @ 97% (242#) 
97% of your one rep max snatch. Sets leading up to working sets should be as follows... 1x3@30%, 1x3@40%, 1x3@50%(135#), 1x3@60%(155#), 1x2@70%(175#), 1x2@80%(205#), 2x1@90% (225#), 2x1@95% (238#). This will ensure you are warm enough for your working weight!

-Complete, no missed reps, felt strong.

Clean and Jerk
1 set x 1 rep @ 97% (305#)
97% of your one rep max clean and jerk. Sets leading up to working sets should be as follows... 1x3@30%(135#), 1x3@40%(145#), 1x3@50%(155#), 1x3@60%(185#), 1x2@70%(225#), 1x2@80%(255#), 2x1@90% (283#), 2x1@95% (300#). This will ensure you are warm enough for your working weight!

-Missed the jerk at 305#... was a stupid miss, should have had it.

Strict Handstand Push Ups
4 sets x 6 reps
Perform as a circuit with Single Arm Dumbbell Strict Press.
Single Arm Dumbbell Strict Press (50#)
4 sets x 6 reps
6 reps per arm. Choose a challenging weight.
Snatch Grip GHD Back Extension (45# bar)
4 sets x 8 reps
Choose a weight you are comfortable hitting for all 4 sets.

-Complete ... went lighter on the DB press, but moved through this without rest, just wanted to get it over and out of the gym.

Strict Toes to Bar
3 sets x 12 reps

-Complete... got two sets UB and then last set was 8/4. This was the best these have felt.
