Today was another low volume / percentage session. Overall a nice change and not too taxing.

A.
Power Snatch
2 sets x 2 reps @ 75% (180#)
75% of your one rep max power snatch. Sets leading up to working sets should be as follows... 1x3@30%(95#), 1x3@40%(115#), 1x3@50%(135#), 1x3@60% (145#), 2x2@70% (165#). This will ensure you are warm enough for your working weight!

-Complete ... very light numbers, was just focusing on speed. 

B.
Front Squat
2 sets x 3 reps @ 80% (295#)
80% of your one rep max front squat.

-Complete; all sets beltless 

C.
Strict Press
4 sets x 6 reps
Keep this weight light, should be easy.

-Complete; across at 135# ... all sets beltless 

D.
Chinese Plank
3 sets x 1 rep @ 90%
3 sets of holds to 90% intensity.

-Complete with 25# plate  ... went :60 / :40 / :40 for each set ... overall different / nice change. Haven't done these in probably 4-5 years.
