Today was a lower volume day... I would consider this active recovery. This was much needed... body is fairly thrashed from yesterday and I've been under an extreme amount of life stress ... happy to have an easier day.

A.
Slow Snatch
5 sets x 2 reps
This exercise is designed for you to focus on your snatch technique. Place special attention to ensure you do not bump the bar out at the hips, keep your bar path tight and ensure the bar stays close to the body through the entire movement.

-Complete across at 185# (~75%) ... didn't push the loading, just focused on speed and positions

B.
Single Leg RDL with KB (72#)
3 sets x 24 reps
12 reps per leg
Face Pulls (1 blue band)
3 sets x 15 reps

-Complete

C.
KB Step Ups - Contralateral Load (35# KB w/ 24" box)
3 sets x 20 reps
10 reps per leg. Weighted with a KB held via contralateral load.
Barbell Glute Bridges (185#)
3 sets x 15 reps
Perform with a hip circle around your knees.

-Complete ... kept these weights light

Chinese Plank
3 sets x 60 seconds
Bent Over Plate Side Raises (2 x 5 KG plate)
3 sets x 12 reps
