Today was a decent session.

Clean Pulls + Clean (2 + 1) @ 75% (205 lb) - 5 Sets

Clean Pulls @ 100% (275 lb) - 3 Singles

Clean Grip Dead-lift @ 100% (275 lb) - 2 x 2

Push Press, Push Jerk, Split Jerk (1 + 1 + 1 ) - 135, 155, 185, 195, 205, 215, 225

The set of 225 was my 1 RM push-press. The split jerk on it was nasty. I was really fatigued from the push press and push jerk, but I got the rep. These felt great. Excited to PR on some overhead lifts in the near future.

Rest 10 minutes then...

For time:

50 Double-unders
50 Sit-ups

3 RDs:
30 HR Push-ups
15 Hang Power Cleans @ 135#

50 Sit-ups
50 Double-unders

10:50. Metcon went fast. The hardest thing about it was the hook grip for the HPC after all the pulls and squat cleans during the strength session. Great day, the overhead strength was awesome. Excited for rest tomorrow and more lifting on Thursday!
