12/26

Felt great today. I was back home at my parent's house for Christmas, so I stopped in the local Crossfit box to get a workout in. It was great to see some of the guys I used to train with. Anyway, today looked like this:

Overhead Squat - 1-20-1-20-1-20 @ 90% (#215) for the singles, 50% (#120) for the sets of 20

-This was a great strength workout, 215 felt easy and the sets of 20 were for the most part brutal.

Rest 10 minutes then...

5 Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 KB Swings
40 Double-unders

19.20. This was a good WOD, definitely fried my fore-arms. It was a main site workout from a few weeks back and was off the gym's main board. Overall a good day.
