7/19/14

Today was really fun, I had some stuff planned out, but went ahead and did what was on the board. It was invictus-esque and really fun, good times with good people. I got a very good workout out of today, everything felt great.

A.
EMOM 9 (3 sets):
-Minute 1: 10 Strict Pull-ups
-Minute 2: 5 Strict HSPU
-Minute 3: 40 Double-unders

-Complete

B.
Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Power Clean + Hang Power Clean

-5 Sets @ 220#
-5 sets @ 242#

-Kept these weights on the lower side, everything felt solid.

C.
Every 90 for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats

-Worked from 135# to 198#... don't remember exactly how I jumped around in weights, felt really solid.

D.
Partner Workout, one partner working while other partner holds a static movement, for time:
100 Burpees / Overhead KB Hold (2 x 20 KG)
100 KB Snatch (20 KG) / Hanging from Pull-up Bar
100 Over-the-box Jumps (20") / Plank

-15:29. Weights were light, box was low... very aerobic, fun stuff, felt fit. Doing a partner WOD with a German was awesome haha. Great day in the gym!
