This morning was a solid session. It was much shorter than usual, but still got some good intensity out of this. 

A.
Bench press
7 sets of 3-5 reps @ 80% + 5# over last week = 220#
Rest as needed

-Hit 7 sets of 3 reps @ 220# ... no misses, which was good. 

B.
Every 6 minutes for 24 minutes (4 sets):
Row 250m
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24”)
15 Strict Ring Dips
15 Pull-ups
