Down in Florida for a wedding, not tracking what I eat, but trying to eat reasonably. Jumped into a class WOD at a local gym, altered the movements as necessary to save my QL.

A.
5 RFT:
400m Run
15 Pull-ups
15 Toes-to-Bar
30 Burpees

-32:30 ... this took longer than I thought it would, but this was a good workout nonetheless. I was on a pretty solid pace for a while, but really fell off on the last two rounds during the run and burpees. Pull-ups unbroken, T2B were 2 rounds unbroken, then 2 rounds of 8/7, and the last round was just random sets.
