9/24/12

I felt awesome today. This is a lower volume week with some maxing out.

Behind the Neck Jerk - 205, 225,  245, #270 (PR)

Rest 10 minutes then...

For time:
25-20-15-10-5 KB Swings (70#)
5-10-15-20-25 Wall-Balls

6:23. I tried to go unbroken on this, but that just didn't happen on either movement. I felt good and had a solid athlete to train with. Stoked about the all-time overhead PR. I wish I could front jerk, I had to go behind the neck due to my rack position. I went to a doctor today and he rubbed out and ultra-sounded my elbow. It's not torn which is good, looks like a lot of scar tissue though. He said it should clear up soon. It felt better today. Stoked to train again tomorrow.
