This morning was a really good session. I didn't feel very strong on the really heavy lifting, but felt great on the metcon.

Dead-lift - 5,3,2,1 - 315, 365, 396, 416 (went for another single at 416 and failed - this weight felt much heavier than usual).

Ring Dips - Max Reps Weighted (25#), drop set into max reps unweighted - 5 sets

8.52. I had a great athlete to train with. I went really hard, it was great to have a training partner. I've been doing a lot of workouts by myself, I love having someone to train with and push me. I got all the sets unbroken on this, I felt really good.
