Today was a good workout. It was as follows:

Front Squats 10 x 3 @ 70% (205 lb)

Clean Pulls 3 x 3 @ 135, 225, 245

Clean Grip Dead-lifts 2 x 3 @ 245, 275

Push Press 5,4,3,3,3 @ 135, 155, 165, 175, 185 (fail, only got 2 reps)

The front squats were challenging toward the end. The push presses were also very taxing on my upper body. I didn't do a metcon today because I felt so taxed after lifting. Overall a good day.
