Today was a great workout. It looked like this:

HSPU sets with as little rest as possible: 7-6-5-4-3-3 with 45 lb bar front squat chaser

Then....

Front squat 10 x 3 @ 83% (228 lbs)

Clean Pull 3 x 3 @ 225, 245, 265

Clean Grip Dead-lift 3 x 3 @ 265

Push Press 5-4-3 - 135, 155, 175

Recover and then...

For time:

21-15-9 - 70 lb KB Swing
3-5-9 - Muscle-ups
400m Row after each round

The metcon took me a little over 10 minutes. The last round of muscle-ups was very challenging, I actually missed a few reps. Overall a great day. I'm excited for tomorrow.
