11/18/11

I wasn't very recovered today. My shoulders were really sore. Overall today went well though. I went really hard on the metcon.

EMOM for 10 minutes - Power Clean and Push-Jerk @ 85% - #205
-These felt harder than they should have, but I got them done.

Rest 10 minutes then....

50 Box Jumps 24"
50 Jumping Pull-ups
50 KB Swings #35
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Press (#45 bar)
50 GHD Extensions
50 Wall-balls
50 Burpees
50 Double-unders

23.15. The knees to elbows and burpees were the worst. I hate not feeling recovered. Overall a good session though. One of my new goals is to be able to do this WOD in under 20 minutes.
