11/2/11

I felt better than I thought I would considering the very challenging day yesterday. I ate a lot yesterday in hopes of recovering, it seemed to have helped. Today was a hard day, but not as crazy as yesterday. It looked like this:

Bench Press - 3,3,3,2 - 176,181,198,203 (f) - needed spot on third rep

Behind the Neck Jerk - Singles Pyramid - 176, 220, 240, 220, 176

Rest 10 minutes then...

On a Fight Gone Bad clock (5 minutes of work, changing exercises each round, followed by 1 minute of rest - so 15 minutes of work, 2 minutes of rest):

#95 Thrusters
#95 Power Cleans
#95 Dead-lifts
Walls Balls
Calorie Row

This went well, I went hard but not 100%, probably 85-90%. I didn't keep track of my reps, just made sure to go hard. Going to eat up today and rest a lot over the next 48 hours. Competition comes on Friday evening and goes through Sunday. I'm excited.
