Meal 1 - Protein Shake, 10 Almonds

Meal 2-  6 oz Chicken, 1 Banana, 4 TBSP Peanut Butter

Meal 3 - 1/2 Cup Blueberries, 20 Almonds

Meal 4 - 6 oz Chicken, 1/2 Cup Blue Berries, 2 TBSP Coconut Oil

Meal 5 - 6 oz Chicken, 2 Cups Veggies, 1/2 Cup Blue Berries, 2 TBSP Coconut Oil
