7/23/11

Today was a good workout, it was a little different than usual. It was overall a good day though.

Dead-lift: 4,4,4,3 @ 372 lb - These sets were heavy and very challenging. I was going to do 4 x 4, but I missed the last rep on the last set.

Metcon:

500m Row
135 lb Thruster x 12

TIme: 11.40. - This WOD was fairly challenging, 135 felt like 185 by the last set.

Rest 10 minutes then:

6 x 200m Hill Sprints @ 90 Seconds Rest.

It felt awesome to go 100% on running, I felt fast and light on my feet. Such a great workout!
